vector only no ligase, 1.5ng DNA + 4uL competent cell 的盤子長兩顆
vector only + ligase 的盤子長了九顆
另有塗五倍的盤子結果也呈比例
這樣應該算可以接受的 vector 品質了？
(之前都幾百顆）
等一下下午去作真的有 insert 的 明天再跟大家報告結果
