最近在做protein purification
是利用streptavidin的resin
然後elution buffer帶有biotin
因為sample數多 且要重複好幾次
resin的用量蠻大的
所以想說看能不能reuse
可是用google查 似乎是因為biotin跟streptavidin結合能力很強
似乎是沒有辦法reuse
想問問各位是不是streptavidin的resin就只能用一次呢??
