[求救] Motif-X該如何用

[iosteven (iosteven)]

最近數據分析到後面要用所找到的Peptide來畫motif

使用motif-x

但一整個搞不太清楚怎麼用

是要sequence一個一個貼嗎 以Y為中心貼前6後6的氨基酸

但是都出現"You must specify the central residue"

不知道有沒有哪位高手教下
