不好意思我想請問一下,
SV40 : SV40 late poly A
RBG : the rabbit beta-globin poly A
BGH : the bovine growth hormone poly A
這三種不同的poly最大的差異是在哪裡呢!?
因為我查了很多ref.都是說到他們有termination以及穩定RNA的功能,
可是我看的PAPER是出自David Baltimore的
"Antibody-based protection against HIV infection by vectored immunoprophylaxis"
這篇他提到可以將AAV expression level提高!!其中SV40是最厲害的,
但我就不了解為什麼會有差異!!
如果有人知道的話,可以請跟我說嘛!??!萬分感謝..
