標題[求救] 蛋白質下降但promoter activity卻上升

大家好: 想請教一個目前遇到的問題前提如下: ABCD皆有x y protein 在A cell 加入si-RNA x---會看到y protein上升在B C D cell加入si-RNA X---則看到y protein 下降於是construct約-2kb~~+1 promoter promoter加si-RNA x--into A and B cells 卻看到在A 裡面promoter activity下降 B 裡面promoter activity上升請問大家有遇過這種問題嗎? 還是有看過類似的paper 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 211.76.175.170 ※ 編輯: spcat 來自: 211.76.175.170 (07/16 11:13)
