標題[求救] IP注射劑量問題

最近開始做腹腔注射的實驗,但不是很順遂,第一次打IP(0.5ml)
結果隔天小鼠都死了,以下是我目前第二次打的劑量計算,今天觀
察小鼠感覺他們奄奄一息...我自己驗算很多次,但怕有地方是我
沒注意到的...想麻煩各位有經驗的前輩幫我檢查一下這樣的計算
是否有不對的地方...
Drug Stock: 10mg/ml
Desired dosage: 10mg/kg
(此注射的劑量為IC50的1/4,在打P針與H針的前一天都會注射一次)
For example, a mouse weighs 30g,
for 1g of mouse inject 0.01mg of drug,
hence 0.01mg x 30g=0.3mg for a 30g mouse.
To inject 0.2ml into the mouse,
you have to have a concentration of 1.5mg/ml of your drug.
1ml contains 1.5mg, hence 0.2ml contains 0.3mg.
Dilution from the drug stock of 10mg/ml to 1.5mg/ml: 10:1.5 times dilution.
For example, if you want to prepare 0.6ml of 1.5mg/ml, then add 90ul of the
stock to 510ul (DMSO) of buffer.
