Laudrup interviewed by Blackburn Rovers

MICHAEL Laudrup was the 'mystery man' John Williams went to interview for the
Blackburn manager's job earlier this week, according to reports emanating
from Denmark.

Williams apparently met with the former Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus
striker in Switzerland on Tuesday to discuss the possibility of the Dane
succeeding Mark Hughes in the Ewood Park hot-seat.

The former Brondby and Getafe manager is thought to be interested in the
role, but the MK Dons manager Paul Ince remains the bookies' favourite to
replace Hughes, although the fact he does not have a UEFA Pro Licence could
still prove to be a stumbling block.
