Gorillaz) is to play two intimate Devon gigs with new band The Good, The Bad
and The Queen. A limited number of tickets go on sale this Saturday (September
23) from 10am for gigs at The Exeter Club (Saturday, October 21) and
Ilfracombe's Marlboro Club (Sunday October 22) - just days before the band's
debut at the Electric Proms (Thursday, October 26).
Bristol promoter Dave Brayley said: "These are obviously very small shows to
give punters a chance to see them like any new band in a close environment."
The Good, The Bad and The Queen bring together the ferocious talents of
Paul Simonon (The Clash), Tony Allen (Fela Kuti), Simon Tong (Verve) and
Mike Smith.
