Damon Albarn and Graham Coxon get back together for special performance

Damon Albarn and Graham Coxon have performed onstage together for the first
time in nearly a decade at the Shockwaves NME Awards tonight (February 25).

Taking to the stage as a last-minute surprise at the ceremony held in
London's O2 Academy Brixton, the Blur bandmates were greeted with hysteria
from a crowd including the likes of Alex Turner, The Killers, The Cure and
MGMT.

The performance of 'This Is A Low', from their band's 1994 classic album
'Parklife', was the first time that guitarist Graham Coxon has taken the
stage with his school friend since 2000, before he quit the group in 2002.

As exclusively revealed by NME.COM in December, the full Blur line-up has
reformed for a series of summer shows, including two massive homecoming gigs
in Hyde Park in July.
