規定很清楚，
除護照以外，用來證明生日、簽名及地址的三份文件裡，要有至少一樣是primary doc.
你的文章在我看來寫的是bank statement不能用，而不是不能當primary doc用。
我知道的人，包括我自己在內，
都是拿year book或是請學校的registrar寫封信來當primary用。

I-20沒人說可以算，表上本來也就沒列。
要注意的是I-94表上有列，可是因為附註：
*(An I-94 or I-551 and the valid foreign passport it is within,
count as only one (1) Acceptable Document)
對我們這些外國人來說，有列等於沒列。
