I'm gonna go back Taiwan for vacation between January 15th and April 1st.

Looking for a housemate during this period.(Short-term)

- a small living room and 3 split-bedroom apartment

- private closet and a kitchen room

- Available from January 15th to end of March OR February 1st to end of March.

- One bedroom for rent-big.(Short-term)

- $680 per month (Can be adjusted-Heater and hot water included)

- Internet and cable $25 per month.(RCN 100M)

- Electricity and gas share with another housemate.

- Full furniture (Bed, Desk, Chair ...etc.)

- Shared with a Japanese girl (quiet, shy, easy-going :)
   who is studying in Quincy College.

Location:

- 2 minutes walk to 55 T-bus station

- 10 minutes walk to subway (D-line, Kenmore, Fenway T)

- 2 minutes walk to 7-11, Brown Sugar.

- 5 minutes walk to Mcdonald and Burger King

- 10 minutes walk to restaurants, StarMarket and Movie theater.
