[租屋] Looking for a roommate to share a 2-bed apt

Hi, I am Shirley and I am looking for someone to share a 2-bed apt.

我現在已經開始在找房子, 應該會找在 BU 附近, 會離 public transportation 很近,
coz I don't drive.

I am looking for a responsible individual (both M or F are ok) who's
willing to pay the rent up to about 800/month.

Oh, there's one catch, I have Parrots.  They aren't loud but they do "talk"
sometimes.  They are clean and they'll only be in my room.
