Your MAJOR problem would be from LaGuardia to Manhattan.
If $$$ is not your major concern, I would suggest you take the
flight from LaGuardia to Logan.
Or you can take bus/shuttle/MTA from LaGuardia to Manhattan (which
will take about 40mins+, since you arrive at 5PM, traffice hour).

Get off at "Port Authority" on 8th Ave, and change another shuttle
to Boston. I think you will have to take either Grayhound or Peterpan.
If you get lost EASILY and scared of dark, just take a flight
from LaGuardia to Logan.
