[ Communication ] 3-5 minutes walking distance to Harvard Square Station
2 minutes walking distance to Route 1 and 69 buses
[ Laundry ] In the basement, $2.5 per use for washer and dryer
[Current housemate] Female, Harvard graduate student
[ Must know ]

l Be responsible, able to keep the room and common area tidy especially after using
l Do your own dishes, do not leave it over night, and take turns in taking out the garbage.
l Clean and dry all the sheets, pillowcase and blanket before you leave
l No smoking and no pets.
