The monthly rent will be $625, all utilities include (heat, gas,
water,comcast internet and cable). One month rent security deposit is
required before you move in. But remember you don't have to buy anything
before you move in and thats the amazing part of this apartment.You will be
sharing the bathroom with another girl and the kitchen suppliers are for
everyone.
This is a luxurious aparment building includes a sun deck; a private gym and
a sauna.
You have accesses to all three green lines: B line, C line and D line
This is your ideal choice of housing if you are here at Boston for Summer
