1 bedroom studio located in Brookline. The room has a large window and
already comes with a bed, stand light, small sized refrigerator, bureau, and
a closet. Also comes with a bathroom. The room is located on the fourth
floor. There is no elevator in the apartment. The apartment is one minute
away from St. Mary's T station and 10 minutes away from Fenway T station.
There is a Whole Foods, a yoga studio, a sushi restaurant, Dunkin Donuts, a
hardware store, a Japanese BBQ reataurant, and a Chinese restaurant nearby,
all within a two minute walk. In general it is quiet throughout the week.
The apartment is available from April 9th to the middle of August. The rent
is $1,195, but I am willing to negotiate and offer $800, and I will pay the
remaining $395 until August, which is when the lease will end. If you are
interested in renewing the lease starting from the fall of 2014 may do so.
Water and electricity is included. The internet fee is in general around 47
dollars.
