以兩年+第三年dual option合約,簽下Damian Miller,預估將擔任先發捕手。 News and comments from rotoworld: Brewers signed catcher Damian Miller, who had been with the Athletics, to a two-year contract with a dual option for 2007. The Brewers decided that Miller's shoulder was in good enough shape. Under the terms of the contract, the 35-year-old catcher will earn $3.25 million in each of the next two seasons and the Brewers hold a $3.75 million option for 2007. If the team option isn't exercised, Miller could invoke his own option and receive $2.25 million plus the chance to make $750,000 in incentives. Maybe theBrewers aren't the team that should be handing out this contract, but for 2005 at least, Miller is a pretty good deal at $3.25 million. Upgrading from Gary Bennett to Miller and pushing Chad Moeller into a backup role should be worth a few wins. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.104.248.88
