現在是新版的，輸入兩家牌後，按 Ctrl-K 可以輸入東西家在旁門有幾張已知的
牌。例如：
Ax
KQTxxx
西家有 7 張已知的牌，東家有 0 張 (外面一門 7-0 分配)，那程式就會算出拔
A 之後第二圈要用 T 偷過 :)
