Here's the ever-calamitous Carl Barat with a new injury.
Not content with previously cracking his cheekbone and splitting his head open,
Dirty Pretty Things are now faced with playing their US tour with their
accident-prone frontman in a Union Jack sling, after he broke his collarbone
in Taiwan.
Carl said:"We did a show in Taiwan. Afterwards we were in high spirits and went
to a karaoke bar'til the wee small hours. As we left the club, there were some
kids outside on an old Triumph motorbike. He beckoned me to jump on the back.
Seemed like a good idea at the time, so I jumped on. Before I had a chance to
grab on to anything, he shot off and I stayed still-all very Wacky Races."
