[問題] 下載到極速時會 LAG ？

大概一個月前從 seednet 換成 hinet ，
（速度同樣是 10M/1M）
除了需要在開一個連線設定以外基本上沒什麼問題，
不過最近幾天重新開始下載檔案的時候發現一點異常，
看了一下 cfosspeed 的流量顯示，
下載 1.2M 上傳 25-30K 附近，
這時候 Firefox 的網頁幾乎都開不起來？
（不管是 google 還是 yahoo 都一樣）
BBS 也會有一定程度的 LAG ………？
不知道這是 ISP 的問題還是需要重新調整 CFOSSPEED ？

必須中斷連線然後重新連線才會改善………？

→ jlovefever:下載1.2M看來應該是把頻寬都站滿導致~
→ sanbis:以前使用 seednet 也是使用同樣的速率，但是瀏覽網頁跟BBS
都還是很順暢～
話說安裝 cfosspeed 不就是為了避免這種情形嗎？
