以下只是我的想法 not證明!!
如果先根據39題
N個數中至少有一個數大於平均值的話
那40題中
1~10的平均值為5.5
所以任選3個數的和其"期望值"應該是3*5.5=16.5
(因為"N個數的平均值"可以看成 將N個數全部改成平均值，但其總和不變)
根據39題可知，有一組至少會>16.5
﹉﹉﹉﹉﹉﹉﹉﹉﹉﹉﹉﹉﹉﹉﹉﹉﹉
但1~10均為int. 所以不會有小數點 i.e.至少有一三個數和會大於17
(再次強調:這是想法想法!!not證明!!證明有請羊大咩咩或板主宅宅或小狗汪汪 魷魚咕嚕
)
