單比精算當然是waterloo好啊。
老師發表的論文多，學生考試考得也很多，暑期工讀機會也多

但只有在讀研究所的時候，系排名才有意義。
可是如果是要讀大學，當然是照著該國最好的綜合大學一路排下來，
有沒有精算的major完全不重要。
然後再選一門science/engineering當主修，
另主修一門art/humanity/social science，拿個雙學位。
