基本上auditor也算在裡面 但前提是"at least 50 percent of your time is
related to the investment decision-making process."
在Descriptions下面有舉個auditor的例子
NOT ACCEPTABLE:
Review the internal control processes to ensure compliance with
the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and recommend process
improvements. Perform non-SOX-related financial and operational
audits on businesses to identify control and process weaknesses
and recommend process improvements.
ACCEPTABLE:
I performed financial statement audits of companies that carried
significant assets and liabilities subject to fair value accounting.
I assessed the reasonableness of the valuations and assumptions
behind the valuations of those assets and liabilities.
在事務所兩個(內控和FS審計)一定都會做到
但是強調公平價值假設評估 可能就要看產業別了
所以我認為在事務所的auditing部門 四年的工作經驗是否被承認
還是以工作內容為主要依據
btw 會計師事務所的50%時間不知道應該是多少工時呢 哈哈
