[FS] 更新消息

Hi all,

We'll be updating the game later tonight with some bug fixes and
alterations to how some aspects of the game works, including the
skills (and also some new content).

Note that everyone will gain a free skill reset due to this after
 the update (normally 100 FSPs) so you can reselect from the updated
 choices.

推 crueangel:而且現在每級得到的技能點有5點，我現在有75點不知點啥
→ douge:一堆技能都變成廢技了
