Hello folks, I want to announce a new update, here is the changelog:
* Feature - Action Points:
Limited numbers of actions (Fleet movements, Military) at the same time
per town, depending on the Town Hall?s Level in it (2 points from the
beginning on, one more every 5 levels of town hall). Systems with their
own limits (espionage) are not included in it.

* Feature -- Buy researches with crystal glass:
After researching glass you can use your crystal glass from now on
to complete your running research by spending your crystal glass on
it. The necessary amount depends on the actual research and the
researched amount of it. Spending crystal glass in running researches
as before is no longer possible. You only can complete them with it.
沒辦法分次投入水晶加速研究，只能一次投入「需要完成此研究的總量」
* Feature -- New building governor's seat.
All palaces on your colonies, not on your capital, will be
replaced by it. Function: Have a look on the next feature.
殖民地蓋出來的不是皇宮，而是 governor's seat.，參考下一功能
* Feature -- Corruption on your colonies:
The bigger your empire becomes, the more ressources you have
to spend for upgrading your administration or to remove the
corruption. This happens by upgrading the governor's seat -
the colonial variant of the palace. To stop the
corruption in a city you have to upgrade your governor?s seat
to one level less than you own cities.
殖民地的人會貪污，擴張的越大越嚴重，將governor's seat.等級
提升到主城皇宮-1來預防(黃色的不確定)
* Feature -- Messages to the diplomat will be marked separately.
diplomat 的訊息會被分開標示（什麼鬼？）
* Feature -- Treaties can be arranged in your diplomacy advisor.
Treaties(協定？)可另外顯示
* Bugfix -- Messages from users without an alliance will be marked
separately.
沒盟的使用者傳來的訊息會被分開標示
* Bugfix -- Messages from users with an alliance will be shown
correctly.
有盟的使用者傳來的訊息可正常顯示
