其實當初我也看不太懂對方寫的很簡約的條約
所以才讓對方寫了那些比較詳細的
不過這樣看起來就比較累
所以這邊就應要求把他翻成中文囉:D
The following is our standard terms for a Full Defensive Pact.
以下是 完全分贓條款的(FDP) 一些細項
FDP meaning fully ally as opposed to a simple Non Aggression Pact.
跟一般盟跟盟簽的Peace treaty不同 這是盟跟盟間私下的協議
All terms listed would apply to both PTT and LoH.
以下條列出來的項目 PTT, eXa, LoH 和 Ars 必須共同遵守
1) Any accidental attacks/treaty breaches are to be repaid 200%.
This includes troop replacement costs.
任何意外的攻擊 或者 條約破棄 在未告知的情況下都必須被歸還兩倍所得
包含被攻擊方軍隊的損失...
2) Inactive members are fully available to pillage.
That said, the individual wanting to pillage the inactive
must FIRST contact the diplomat of the other alliance stating
that they are going to pillage an inactive member,
giving the inactive's name and coordinates.
They do not have to wait for a reply from the diplomat.
攻擊FDP內的i玩家 是允許的 但必須先寫信通知對方的外交官
告知其i羊名稱與位置 而一但寫信告知 即可逕行食用 不須等到回信
3) Any war time assistance requests are to go through the alliance's diplomats.
任何援助要求 都要經由盟間外交官接洽
也就是說 對方要求你救援 你可以無視
但如果對方要求我要求你 則最好表面上要敷衍一下XD
4) Attempting to recruit from each other's ranks will immediately
invalidate the treaty.
盟之間互相的挖角 是不允許的!
(但這邊我不知道該怎麼界定 假如是對方想要跳過來的怎麼辦)
5) This agreement does not apply to the other allies or NAPs
of either alliance.
這些條款 對於只簽訂Peace treaty的盟間 是無效的

Number 5 is simply part of our standard agreement.
Our agreement with eXa is that either alliance would
abolish their NAP if the NAP was in conflict with our FDP. Example:
第五項 僅只是達成的共識的一小部份描述
我們(指的是LoH 這是LoH外交官寄給我的)與eXa的共識是
一但僅只簽訂peace treaty(NAP)但沒有加入FDP的盟 與FDP的盟一但有衝突的時候
只有簽訂NAP的盟約 則要失效(也就是說 FDP內的盟最大!)
以下舉例:
*eXa has a NAP with the alliance PEACE
eXa與Peace有簽訂NAP
*LoH has a conflict with PEACE and declares war on them
假如LoH與PEACE有衝突 且宣戰了
*eXa temporarily suspends the NAP with PEACE to assist us
since we are full allies.
則eXa需要暫時的中止與PEACE的盟約 並且幫助LoH(一起打PEACE)
(暫時? 我看戰後人家也不會跟再跟你約了XD)
Obviously that example would go both ways if circumstances required it.
相對的 對任何加入FDP的盟 都是同樣的情況
That said, either option is fine with us.
Just met me know what you would prefer.
任何的選擇 對我們來說都是好的(? 這段怪怪的)

One last thought. If PTT would like to keep the terms of the FDP
uniform across eXa, PTT and LoH (need more info on ARS),
the following is the terms that eXa submitted to us and we agreed to.
Ultimately, it doesn't matter to us. We are open to any suggestions
or concerns you may have. eXa's terms to LoH:
最後一點 是eXa與LoH之間比較特殊的協議
(有些是我之前比較有疑問不想簽的)
1. 200% resources compensate on any DH's
-If you break the treaty and land your attack you will be expected to pay
the resources back two fold. Same applies to them breaching the treaty
and landing there attacks.
200%的違約補償(這點一樣)
2. Diplomat to be contact if there's any special attack like ops
Contact our Diplomat and he will be in contact with theirs
這邊可能是有特殊情況發生時 要雙方外交官都先溝通過
(可能是要打誰 要先跟對方知會之類的事情)
3. In war time , if Foreign Aid is require , contact diplomats
for the FA chain
戰時 假如被要求跨盟間的協助 則需連絡(對方?)外交官尋求幫助
This isn't resources loaning. What I meant here is that
If Loh or exa have any reasons and cant sent armies to help,
or for any special cases, resources will be sent out to help
instead of armies. This rule only work in this case .
這不是要求資源的借貸(單方面贈與?) 這是說
假如eXa 和 LoH之間因某些原因無法經由軍事互助 則要經由資源贈送來幫助
(這點我比較不想簽 因為這種東西很虛無飄渺 跟對方要求多了 對方會不爽
對方跟自己要求多了 自己會不爽 同盟間可以不計較 但不同盟時間一常
很容易搞出紛爭的..這條約目前只適用於eXa 與 LoH)
4. Recruit from ranks is consider as an act of war.
In doing this, our relations may be strained.
還是一樣 挖角 是不可以的 沒有那種 "如果是誰誰誰 就可以喔" 的特殊情況XD
