[West] Incoming changes

  Here are some of the changes that will happen to The-West in the next update.
  Currently we do not know when the update is scheduled for.

  * On the interface there will be female working pictures for female
    characters (in the top right).
  * Town log events will now be kept for 7 days instead of 1 day.
  * The requirements for constructing town buildings will change slightly.
    Currently this task requires: Construction, Construction, Construction,
                                  Repairing, Leadership.
    After the update the task will require: Construction, Construction,
                                  Stamina, Repairing, Leadership.


  總之，就是要降低城鎮發展速度
  (好讓玩家覺得更耐玩一點???為什麼任務或工作不弄的更彈性點呢?)

  一直壓榨工人的貢獻度...乾脆大家都當自由的浪人好了 (冒險者越來越吃香了
