[Imperion] Speed server

 Imperion 大多數的server都將在七月底關掉, 然後要開一個加速的server.
 不過大部分的人在玩的 .org server不受影響.

 加速的部分, 生產和建設相關的都三倍, 研發和殖民只有兩倍, 電廠和護盾不變.
 在其他文章還有提到船艦的移動速度也不變.

 比較有趣的是, 在加速server上, Titan可以打Titan.

Dear players,

On August 02, 2010 at 11:00 am (GMT+2) a speed server will be launched on.
 It will take about 4 to 6 months and will be finished with an
 "endgame light". Everyone is free to join, however, we reserve the right
 to close the registration if the server has reached its maximum player
 capacity.

Important balancing values for the speed server:
- Resource production x3
- Shipbuilding/Ship recycling x3
- Building construction/Building demolition x3
- Construction of defensive systems x3
- Production annexation x3
- Resource production comets x3
- Spawn of Qi units x1
- Production of research points x2
- Storage capacity x3
- Production expansion points x2
- Harvesting speed comets x3
- Energy production x1
- Shield charge x1
- Fuel consumption: Effect of the research area "Fuel Consumption" and
  the range will be increased (before: 7%; Speedserver: 9%)
- Recycling: Effect of the research area "Recycling" will be reduced
  due to the new speed of harvesting comets
- Production of Qi units x3
- Time until a takeover / loss of an annexation x1 (24 hours)

In addition, the following rule does not apply for the speed server:
- Titans cannot attack other Titans

So, each species can fight another one. Furthermore, it will be possible
 to choose ones country flag which will be shown in the profile
 resp the rankings.

The customer support and the official server language are exclusively English.

Detailed informations about the prices to win will be announced later on.

 關於 endgame light 的詳細資料
 基本上就是各種名次高的給Coin.

1.1 The "endgame light"
What's this endgame light? It is a final ranking that will be shown at the end of a
server on the home page of the respective country.

The ranking consists of the following statistics:

* Players with the most population of each species resp game world
* The best attackers of each species resp game world
* The best defenders of each species resp game world
* the owner of the most Qi units of each species resp game world

This ranking will be accessible for everyone for 3 - 4 months. On the home page
the ranks 1 to 10 / 15 will be shown. It will also be possible to view and search the
complete ranking list by clicking the ranking. You can search for the following patterns:

* Player names
* League name
* Ranking position
* League population

As a reward all top-seeded players will gain coin packages:

The total population:

Rank 1: 1,000
Rank 2: 500
Rank 3: 300
Ranks 4-10: 100
Ranks 11-50: 50
Ranks 51-100: 30
Ranks 101-500: 20


Top-seeded in the Qi, Off and Def ranking:

Rank 1: 500
Rank 2: 300
Rank 3: 100
Ranks 4-10: 50
