有一天突然有個獵人人力公司
直接打電話到我公司分機
問我有沒有興趣跳槽
有個半導體外商要在台灣設廠開發設備
以下是他開的條件

job duty:
1. Continuous improvement design and support for electric component solutions
(ECS) test and termination products
2. Design for Manufacturing, Reliability, Cost, Service, Operation (DFx).
Requirement:
1. Analog/digital/power/AC circuit design capabilities
2. Lab equipment experience (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, voltmeters, etc)
3. Strong troubleshooting skills
4. Electromechanical experience with motion control systems
5. C/C++/C# and Windows programming environments
6. Excellent written and verbal communication in English
7. Strong organizational skills and initiative
8. DSP/FPGA design experience with Verilog/VHDL
9. Schematic simulation and visualization tools (PSpice, OrCad, Xilinx,
Altera, Synplicity)
10. Familiarity with documentation control procedures, engineering change
processes, and management of design changes, prototype assembly and testing
11. Semiconductor industry capital equipment experience preferred.
12. Basic controls theory
13. Knowledge of optics, electro-optics, and lasers
15. Experience with Matlab or equivalent mathematical analysis package
16. Design for CE safety requirements, ROHS, and supporting documentation
公司在竹北 他問我有沒有同學有相關經驗符合上述項目就可以應徵
他說待遇不是問題 不過公司剛幫我升級跟加薪 我不好意思走...
