On Lin, who has hit .268 with a .373 on-base percentage and .333 slugging
percentage in his second Double-A season:
"Controlling the strike zone, he's done that for his entire career. We
feel like he's played unbelievable defense again. I know it's not over
.300, but he's hitting .270, .280, what he did last year. You haven't
gotten to the power yet, that we expect to see in time, but he's
controlling the strike zone and having great at-bats. For us, those are
the skills that, where he's now going to play every day at Triple-A, we
decided that now is the right time to move him up there."
