 Like alphp neurons,gama motor neurons receive suprapinal input from the

 cerebral cortex and brainstem. In the gama loop,this suprapinal input active

 the gama motor neurons so that the intrafusal muscle fibers contract.

 Because the contraction of an intrafusal muscle fibers has the effect of

 stretching the equatorial region between its two polar regions, it results

 in increased Ia fiber activity.In the sinal cord,this increase in Ia fiber

 discharge activates alpha motor neurons,which then activate extrafusal

 muscle fibers,resulting muscle contraction.

 故gama motor neurons興奮最終造成梭外肌肉收縮，而梭內纖維收縮後即伴隨著梭外肌

 肉收縮，長度未有明確定論，故建議選項中有"梭外肌肉收縮"的AB選項皆為正確答案

 joint of National Institute of Neurological and Communicative Disorder and

 and are referred to as the NINCDS-ADRDA criteia.These include a history of

 progressive deterioration in cognitive ability in absence of other known

 neurological or medical problems.Postmortem examination,psychologic testing,

 and brain imaging help establish three level diagnostic certainty.

 The designation of "definite" Alzheimer's disaese is reserved for

 autopsy-confirmed disaese."Probable" Alzheimer's disaese is the highest level

 of clinical diagnosis.

 由此可知臨床上無法有Alzheimer's disaese確診

 唯有透過autopsy才能做出Alzheimer's disaese的確診

 而"Probable" Alzheimer's disaese 的判斷標準主要由病史、psychologic testing及

 影像診斷構成，故本題無單一適當答案，建議送分
