送，Paul Konerko緊接著補上一支左外野車布邊二壘安打送回Cabrera。

王建民第七局退場前，總計被敲出10支分散的安打、失三分，用了105球，三振五名打者

，另有兩次保送。王建民表示他的滑球掌握的不好，所以被迫要用更多的變速球及指叉球

來輔助他拿手的伸卡球。

「我找到結束比賽的辦法，」王建民說，「今天改變了很多球的速度。」

王建民在生涯第85場先發拿下勝投，代表王建民成為Dwight Gooden之後，MLB生涯最快50

勝的投手，Gooden效力於大都會隊期間，於1986年6月29日在芝加哥的第82場先發達到這

個紀錄。王建民同時也成為洋基隊史上，在與他亦師亦友的前投手教練Ron Guidry後，最

快達成50勝紀錄的投手，Guidry在1979年用了82場比賽達成這個紀錄。

「那是很好的友誼，」Girardi說，「很顯然，王建民來這之後就一直都很好，當你翻開

他的投球數據，通常不會讓你太驚訝，因為他的三振數不出色，但他是個常勝軍。」

王建民退場後白襪隊重整士氣，Billy Traber保送Jim Thome後，Brian Bruney接手再保

送Paul Konerko，三振下名打者後，被Pierzynski敲出一壘安打。

譯者按：Dwight Gooden為MLB史上最年輕的塞揚獎得主，於84年大聯盟初登板，

即拿下當年國聯新人王，並且是該年度賽揚獎票選第二名，翌年拿下賽揚獎，

生涯前三個球季取得58勝(17-24-17)，就目前而言，端看勝投數，

且王建民同樣也拿過賽揚獎票選第二名，王建民的成績似乎也不輸給這個天才，

可惜後來Gooden因受傷及藥物濫用(?)問題，

後來就沒有像前期一樣火熱，生涯成績194-112，ERA 3.51，

相信未來王建民是有機會超越Dwight Gooden的。
