Swisher的意外：

芝加哥白襪的Nick Swisher週四面對王建民投球時，他的球棒從握柄部分硬生斷裂、

飛到一邊去。球棒沒有擊中球而斷裂是相當罕見的事，Swisher因此被三振，站在打擊

區上滿臉疑惑。

「我是用那一小節(註1)在揮棒的...」他說，「真不敢相信怎麼會發生這種事...真希

望我可以跟你解釋一下那是怎麼一回事，我也是想不透阿，我上了Steve Garvey(註2)

的節目。」

Swisher認為球棒應該是已經有一些裂痕了，可能是前幾顆界外球造成的。

「我從沒見過那樣的事，」洋基外野手Johnny Damon說。

1.knob：就是指球棒頂端的圓球那裡，我翻做那一小節，因為實際上還有大約兩個拳頭的

長度還握在他手上，我覺得滿好笑的XD

2.Steve Garvey我查到的是一位MLB退役球員，不知道是他有開節目還是剛好一樣名子，

或者說這裡有其他意思也不一定，有待查證，希望知道的人提供一下意見喲。
