新年度若要減薪：

減少幅度不得多於前一年度薪資之20％

或減少幅度不得多於前兩年度薪資之30％

第二種相對少見，不知道有沒有球員有遇過呢？


Maximum Salary Reduction

(1) A Club may not tender, sign or renew a Player under reserve to the Club
pursuant to Article XX(A) of this Agreement and paragraph 10(a) of the
Uniform Player’s Contract to a Uniform Player’s Contract that provides a
salary for Major League service that constitutes a reduction in excess of
20% of his previous year’s salary or in excess of 30% of his salary two years
previous. A Club may not tender, sign or renew a Player under reserve to the
Club pursuant toArticle XX(A) of this Agreement and paragraph 10(a) of the
Uniform Player’s Contract to a Uniform Player’s Contract that provides a
salary for Minor League service that constitutes a reduction in excess of 40%
of his previous year’s salary. For the purposes of this section, the
“salary” of a Player with a salary stipulated in paragraph 2 of his Major
League contract of less than the then applicable Major League minimum salary
shall be deemed to be the greater of either (a) the total amount of his
actual baseball salary earnings from Major League Clubs (and from Minor
League clubs if any) in that season or (b) the amount stipulated in
paragraph 2 of his Major League contract for that season.

(2) The term “salary” shall include any salary amounts which were not paid
to a Player for the season by reason of any fine or suspension which may have
been imposed on the Player, or by reason of any other deduction from salary.

→ Apolina:如果是前兩年合計薪資的七成~那第一年1M,第二年0.8M,第三
→ Apolina:年至少要1.26M,雖然英文原意我不太懂~但用想的覺得不可能
推 pest:因為是用七成來看就會有誤區, 用最多不能砍前兩年三成就合理
→ pest:以一樓例子,就是最多砍0.8M*0.2 or 1.8*0.3, 取砍較少者
推 GDBS:感謝提供資訊! 照樓上說法 砍小王前兩年三成就是7M*0.3=2.1M
→ GDBS:這樣國民明年提仲裁的話 最少還要給2M*0.8=1.6M給小王

推 Apolina:按三樓算法~取砍較少者的話~沒有一種狀況能夠發生取砍前
