: longer than that, in part because there's no immediate need for another
: starter in his rotation right now.

建仔被預訂要在星期三的春訓基地延長春訓。
教練Johnson建議下禮拜建仔就可以開始在小聯盟投球了，
但是球隊總經理Rizzo表示復健課程將會比這更長，
因為現在並沒有急切需要建仔上場投球。(目前先發輪值很OK的意思)

: "I think [the current rotation depth] changes it," Rizzo said before
: tonight's game against the Astros. "We have the luxury, if you will,
: to really make sure that he's 100 percent healthy and stretched out and
: that the hammy, we don't re-aggravate it."

Rizzo在今天對太空人賽前表示：

: Wang hurt himself March 15 trying to make a running play at first base.
: Club officials initially feared the injury was severe, but Wang was back
: playing catch within a week, leading the Nationals to believe he might
: only miss three or four starts to open the season.

建仔在三月十五號嘗試跑到一壘要接球觸殺跑者時受傷。
球隊剛開始很擔心這傷害很嚴重，但建仔卻在一個星期內就可以開始接球，
讓球隊相信他可能可以只需要錯過三到四場開季先發就可以回到輪值。

: Because the injury was to his leg, not his arm, Wang has been able to
: maintain a throwing program throughout the last month. But he still hasn't
: pitched three full innings at any point since last season, and the
: Nationals want him to build up more stamina before activating him off the
: disabled list.

因為受傷的是腳而非手，建仔能夠在上個月都一直維持投球機制。
但從上個球季結束起算，建仔還是未能夠投滿完整三局，
且球隊希望建仔能夠儲蓄足夠體力到離開傷兵名單為止。

: "I don't think we're starting from Ground Zero right now, but he needs to
: build up his arm strength again, and his pitch count, and that type of
: thing," Rizzo said. "Because you don't want to bring him up, and he can
: only three or four innings. We'd like to ramp him up to where he's felt
: comfortable throwing 100 pitches."

: The news on Chien-Ming Wang continues to be positive.
: Wang, who is down at the Nationals' complex in Viera, Fl. rehabbing his

: be his first time throwing to hitters since suffering the hamstring injury
: March 15 in a spring training start against the Yankees.

明天建仔將會投模擬賽在春訓基地，這將會是第一次在受傷後面對打者自從3月15號面對

: The Nationals will continue to take things very slow with the veteran
: right-hander, but if all goes well in Wang's simulated game, he could be
: ready to begin a rehab assignment with one of the Nats' minor league
: affiliates sometime in the next couple weeks.

: Washington's starters have delivered a 1.75 ERA through the first 10 games
