(再說一次 唐高駿醫師不考 所以共考8本)
以下是從各醫師所獲取得到的資訊

本來學期初，他上課說要考麻醉的定義。結果今天說他沒考@@，三題應該都是
類似講義後面的狀況題，主任說不用擔心啦。[是說一定不會寫嗎?>"<]

那個 老師本來要了講義要幫我們複習 結果最後開了題目 讓兩個學藝抄五分鐘題目
老師就去倒水喝
我跟亮辰抄了一題，發現苗頭不對，會抄不完，就拿出了霹靂無敵---隨身碟>"<
結果左眼喵到老師回來了，連移除都沒移除就拔掉隨身碟了
老師回來說 你們抄得好辛苦 不如我每題刪掉最後一個選項 讓你們copy走吧
但是隨身碟裡面有一樣的檔名的檔案=.=
我跟亮辰還演戲 A:ㄟ 你有帶隨身碟嗎? B:沒ㄟ@@

7. 廖信明醫師
他說明的重點實在是有點多 也有勾投影片 但是極不精準
重點十分大且籠統 所以不能只看勾的地方 要找出勾的地方是指那裡的重點XD
待我慢慢道來...

p3 左上全 第一句話圈起來
p5右上 強調colloid和crytalloid的差別 hypertoin solutipn必考
p12左上 p12右下 給法要會計算!!老師會給伊個病人loss多少fluid
p13右下 p14右上 可能出像上述的例子 要會算
p15(右上) p16(右上) 會出特殊利子一題(ex.腦水腫哪些是好的處理?a.灌流要夠..etc)
所以p15 p16敘述都看一看 數字不會刁難(ex.cpp 30~40...當然是錯)
blood therapy部分
p17右下 indication
p18右上重要!! factoII和factorIII分界重要
老師有說的分界為 blood loss% 30為II III分界
pulse pressureII開始下降
blood pressureIII開始下降
Urine output 5~10為III
CNS confused為IV
II只用crystalloid III要合併blood
p19右下 p20左下(老師說考這有點笨..不過還是勾一下好了...Orz)
p21右上 p21左下 p22全 表格不要記數字要記上升或下降的趨勢
p24左上有勾(但老師說沒辦法考這...那是怎樣?) 要記各種component的適應症
p25左下 相容性最好的是normal+dastroid

p34以後老師說他沒有出(同樣請勿鐵齒)

劉醫師更妙 他還沒出題,和我們借講義去出 順便畫一畫勾一勾
也不知道準確度有沒有很高 他圈的地方零零散散
我會用投影片整理成檔案上傳ftp 用不同顏色標 大家在去下載回來劃線@@

給考訊阿莎力 都拿講義回去勾 只是有些老師勾太多 也問不出所以然 所以大家多擔待><
