我就將醫師的回信 "完整"的貼過來拉!!!

以下:

1.About thyroid orbitopathy: a.most common adult
orbital disease  b. tendons are usually not involved
!!
c.chronic course and usually not complaint of pain

2.About lacrimal gland pleomorphic adenoma:
a.exavation of sorrounding orbital bone, b.no pain
c.avoid incisional biopsy

3.About retinoblastoma: a. it occur
sporadically(94%),familial(6%) b.intraocular
calcification usually found in CT scan c. Enucleation
of eyeball with excision length of optic nerve as long
as possible

4. Histologic finding of retinoblastoma

5.About choroid melanoma: a. high survival rate in
localized lesion b. cell type, which has poor
prognosis
c.risk of spread is small for needle biopsy

6.D/D choroid melanoma/choroid hemangioma by
ultrasound findings

You don't wast too much time in these topics
