[臨診] 問一下appenditis的sign~?

呀 問一下喔
考訊上說"一般外科"會考配合題
從10個選項中選出4個appendicitis的sign有哪些
但我看共筆好像只有寫到

1. Iliopsoas sign / Psoas test

2. Obturator sign / Obturator test

3. Rovsing sign

三個而已耶!!! 屋 有人知道第四個答案是什麼嗎~

我看貝氏大英全書 (英文版T.T)
還有提到兩個:

1. 檢查有rebound tenderness的區域
---(check the tender area for rebound tenderness)
   如果有rebound tenderness的話表示有腹膜發炎~就可能是appendicitis


2. cutaneous hyperesthesia
---用大拇指和食指輕輕捏起患者腹壁上的皮膚,照著順序去捏,檢查整個腹壁
   正常是不會痛的,如果會痛就可能是appendicits

不知道上面還有寫什麼嗎? 我的不見了
