感謝曾思文醫師提供的重點，上課內容的重點如下:

1. Bevacizumab(Avastin) or Gefitinib(Iressa)只對Adenocarcinoma的病人有效，
   不適用在squamous cell carcinoma的病人身上。

2.C-kit主要是用來染Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor(GIST)，
  GIST的tumor marker 是 CD117 。

3.GIST要使用Gleevec治療。

4.Adjuvant Chemotherapy 主要針對Breast Ca.，Lung Ca.，Colon Ca這三種癌症。

5.Clinical Trials各期測試的目標，以及什麼是RR ? 什麼是Clinical Benefit ?
  例如，phase I 主要是要了解藥物的毒性。

6.Principles of Chemotherapy中所有的藥物分類，及其所作用的標的物。
  例如，曾思文老師上課所提到的--
--小紅莓(Doxorubicin)主要作用在於抑制Topoisomerase，作用方式與Etoposide相類似
--Taxol和Taxotere主要作用為Anti-microtubule 。
