為使消化性潰瘍的治癒率增高，Truncal vagotomy時應該同時作
（a）Drainage operation（b）Splenectomy（c）Whipple’s operation
我也有去查了一下網路
#Vagotomy#

Standard surgical risks, such as excessive bleeding and infection, are
potential complications. In addition, the emptying patterns of the stomach
are changed. This can lead to dumping syndrome and diarrhea. Dumping syndrome
is a condition in which the patient experiences palpitations, sweating,
nausea, cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea shortly after eating.
The following complications are also associated with vagotomy surgery:
1. Gastric or esophageal perforation. May occur from an electrocautery injury or
by clipping the branch of the nerve of Latarjet.
2. Delayed gastric emptying. Most common after truncal and selective vagotomy,
particularly if a drainage procedure is not performed.
黃色部份提到說如果沒有做drainage procedure,會產生Delayed gastric emptying這個
併發症,所以答案應該確定是A吧~
