1. topical nonselective beta-adrenergic blockers會 decrease serum HDL
and worsen the total cholesterol/HDL ratio
2. beta-blockers with intrinsic sympathomimetic activity appear to
have a lesser effect.-->即Carteolol，雖然是non-selective，但是有
intrinsic sympathomimetic activity，故為高血脂患者降眼壓首選用藥
