P.19 19題跟p.20 20題
明學大大幫我們查了產科聖經,裡面對於placenta accreta increta percreta做以下定義
partial or total absence of the decidua basalis and imperfect development
of the fibrinoid layer (Nitabuch layer ), placental villi are attached to the
myometrium in placenta accreta,
actually invade the
myometrium in placenta increta, or penetrate through the myometrium in
placenta percreta
所以照這段文字看起來19題的答案也許改成A會較適當,原本的B選項應較偏placenta
increta
然後20題其實A B在上面都有提到,不過老師上課感覺一直很強調B,所以可能還是選B好
