一、共筆p15上
microdebrider assisted SMT = FESS
請把=FESS劃掉
共筆P14下-P15上都是在講下鼻甲的手術，主要是為下鼻甲增生導致的鼻塞做治療
(hypergrophic rhinitis)，包括：
1. 燒灼：Cryosurgery、Laser ablation、Radiofrequency、Electrical
2. 手術切除：SMT(黏膜下鼻甲部分切除)、Microdebider-assisted SMT
而Microdebider-assisted SMT有傷口較小、流血較少、不用住院、破較不會破壞
mucociliary function等的優點現在是公認最好的手術方式
(可以看共筆p13上和p15上的比較)
Chronic hypertrophic rhinitis is an important component causing nasal
obstruction. Patients with hypertrophic turbinates often benefit from
turbinate reduction when medical treatment fails. Using the microdebrider,
we developed a new technique of mini-invasive submucosal turbinoplasty to reduce the volume of the
inferior turbinate.
至於FESS(功能性鼻竇內視鏡手術)的部份，老師去年有上，今年把SLIDE刪掉了~~
FESS主要是復發性鼻竇炎或慢性鼻竇炎的手術治療方法，詳情可以看共筆P30的補充~
二、共筆p35考古題7題，答案不變，詳解補充~
(A)應該改為ant. ethmoid artery(供應鼻黏膜前端)
因為sphenopalatine artery和posterior nosebleed較有關係，因為主要供應鼻腔的
posterolateral wall和posterior choana
