c選項 elevates the level of transcription of structural genes
在life 第7版 第273頁 中間有寫
This binding results in more efficient binding of RNA polymerase to the
promoter,and thus an elevated level of transcription of the structural
genes .
我覺得兩個答案都可以耶 要我選的話我會選C
因為是more efficient binding of RNA polymerase to the promoter
而不是increases the efficiency of promoters
