Harrison關於Behcet's disease的說法
...Apart from neutrophils, increased numbers of infiltrating T(gamma-delta) cells are observed. Circulating autoantibodies against -enolase of endothelial cells and anti–Saccharomyces cerevisiae antibodies (ASCA—characteristic of Crohn's disease) are found to be present in the later stages of the disease. ...

→所以T(gamma-delta) cell被認為與Behcet's disease致病機轉重要相關。

T(gamma-delta) cell是T細胞的一種，
有別於Th細胞為addaptive immune中的T細胞(為T(apha-beta)細胞)，
是屬於innate-like lymphocytes，依位她不透過MHC，而是直接辨識抗原。
※gamma-delta或apha-beta指的是組成T細胞receptor的chain。



感謝強者eblis與哲融的提醒，
查了講義圖的原文有提到因為T(gamma-delta) cell在人體佔的量還是比較少，
所以T(apha-beta)cell的還是扮演重要腳色。(希望沒有會錯意><)
如同講義圖，不論是為T(gamma-delta)或是T(apha-beta)，最終都引導走向Th1路徑。

所以這樣應該屬於Th1 disease  所以應該就不是(E)了...
