index case指的是流病研究裡的第一個病人 所以應該是有症狀了
根據第一個網站說法
fragile是X-linked, semi-dominant disorder
如果premutation是經由父親傳的話 CGG size並不會有明顯增加
他的兒子既不會成為帶原者也不會有症狀 其女兒則是沒症狀的帶原者
但若是premutation經由母親傳的話 就很有可能會變成full mutation
其子女都有一定機率會有症狀(智障)
所以我覺得(D)應該沒錯
