1.p8 periampulary carcinoma壺腹旁癌(應該拼成"periampullary"才對)
另外英文補充:Carcinoma of the ampulla of Vater is a malignant tumor arising
within 2cm of the distal end of the common bile duct, where it passes through
the wall of the duodenum and ampullary papilla.

中文翻譯請改成:發生在壺腹旁的癌症,"起源於總膽管遠端的2公分內",腫瘤會穿過
12指腸壁和壺腹
而趙先生的講義則補充->
壺腹旁癌可發生於a.pancreas b.CBD(總膽管) c.duodenum d.ampulla of Vater
(發生率為a>b>c>d)
2.p13 第四行請改成:
假性息肉其實是位於兩側發炎潰瘍處中間的黏膜與黏膜下層組織
(看起來像息肉是因為兩邊都被侵蝕而凹陷),所以是發炎後殘存的黏膜構造,
因此才稱為假性息肉
(再強調一次->假性息肉不是腺體增生 而是殘存的腺體喔!!)
3.p15 第九行後面
"所以發現癌化,寄售" 請改成-> "所以發現癌化,即是"!!
