有關Otosclerosis的病人PE
Rinne test negative at 256 and 512 Hz (截自講義原文)
下面的解釋好像寫反了耶..(?)
Rinne test positive → AC > BC →正常人或sensorineural hearing loss
Rinne test negative → AC < BC or AC=BC → conductive hearing loss
所以otosclerosis應該是
在256 Hz 和512 Hz 會出現 氣導比骨導差 即AC < BC (negative)才對~
