(D) Baclofen我查到都是中樞型抑制(CNS depressant)耶
    UpToDate寫作用在spinal cord level
    不過機轉也是Inhibits the transmission of both monosynaptic and
    polysynaptic reflexes at the spinal cord level, possibly by
    hyperpolarization of primary afferent fiber terminals, with resultant
    relief of muscle spasticity.
    傳入神經末端不知道還能不能算CNS 不過以前學的和網路都是寫中樞型沒錯

推 outfor:謝謝你提出的資料 關於SDR的確是切斷感覺神經傳入側
→ outfor:而非運動神經傳出側 但是在術後會有短暫的肌肉無力
→ outfor:(不過肌肉無力不是本手術造成 而是CP本來就會有或多或少的)
→ outfor:肌肉無力 需要數後的一段時間來復健)
→ outfor:因此C的選項是錯的 但是關於D的選項我就無法確定對錯了
→ outfor:或許有其他資料可以幫助說明的嗎??
