由於我每次都找不到老師，所以我寫了MAIL問他，以下是他的回答。
(1) 關於CHORION：是來自胚外中胚層而已嗎？
Ans: The chorion is contributed by extraembryonic mesoderm by definition.
But, of course, they mix with trophoblast cells to constitute the primary
villi.
(2) 他不是包括了Extraembryonic somatic mesoderm（來自胚外中胚層）和Trophobalst
即extraembryonic membrane？
Ans: Trophoblasts (or the extraembryonic membrane) is derived from the
trophectoderm (outer cell mass at the blastcyst stage). They happen to mix
with chorion, but not chorion by definition.
(3) primary chorionic villi是由cytotrophoblast和syncytiotrophoblast所構成的，
那麼它的成分還是胚外中胚層嗎？
Ans:At earlier stage, they are from trophoblast cells. At later stages, they
are constituted by a mixture of trophoblast cells and extraembryonic
mesodermal cells. The extraembryonic mesodermal cells (now called the
chorionic cells) contribute the most.
(4) 還有HCG是由誰分泌的呢?
Ans: The earliest secretion is from syncytiotrophoblast.
I guess you will NEVER be asked questions like (1)(2)(3) in any examinations
at all, because these are not well-clarified in ALL embryology textbooks.
